Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: [5–7] business days.

• Expedited Shipping: [2–3] business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues outside of our control.

3. Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. BonjourBoujeeBoutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the item.
